Mr. Hutchinson serves as Secretary. Treasurer and Project Manager/ Engineer for Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC.  During his tenure, he has had responsibility for various storm-water management, roadway, site development and environmental design projects.

David Rauch serves as President of the Firm and as a Project Manager/Engineer for the firm. Mr. Rauch has been actively engaged in various projects which include environmental permitting, coastal permitting, analysis, design, permitting of water management systems and water resource studies.  Additionally, Mr. Rauch has played a highly pivotal role in several roadway, site development and design projects.  


Mr. Rauch serves as client liaison and is responsible for the planning and program development aspects of major projects for Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC. His previous experience includes 21 years working for several consulting engineering firms, two years as a Civil Engineer for Region IV of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, four years as an Engineer in the in the Flood Plain Management Branch of the Mobile District Corps of Engineers, over six years with the Alabama Department of Transportation, in addition to serving as a member of the Coastal Resource Advisory Committee on Oversight Policies with the State of Alabama Coastal Zone Management Program.  Mr. Rauch has been specially trained and certified in Design and Analysis of Highway Facilities, Hydraulic Design of Highway Culverts and Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.  


Currently, Mr. Rauch serves as a member of the City of Foley Planning Commission and serves as a member of the University of South Alabama, College of Engineering Industrial Advisory Board.  In 1971, he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Alabama.
